It was truly difficult to shortlist our choice of the most inspiring New York penthouses, but with team effort, here is what we call at DYH – designs at its best.
Old Clock Tower Penthouse
This stunning triplex penthouse resides in a transformed old clock tower located in the trendy DUMBO neighbourhood. This jaw-dropping penthouse offers you 360 degrees view of the city, overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan. The unique feature, of course, is the four massive clocks installed in 14-foot-high windows on each wall. The penthouse also has built in glass elevator and ceilings up to 50 feet in height.
Rupert Murdoch’s Manhattan Penthouse
For just under $60 Million you would have the chance to dip into Rupert Murdoch’s 4-storey penthouse on One Madison. Hosting one of the most exclusive, high-rise residents in Manhattan, the luxury skyscraper quickly became the “It” building downtown, having its 60 levels sold immediately upon release.
